Created in 1998, Accor’s Suitehotel brand now joins the Novotel family, boasting a new name, Suite Novotel.
The official launch on July 1st, 2010 took place with the opening of the very first Suite Novotel in Luxembourg in the presence of Ms Françoise Hetto-Gaasch, Luxembourg Minister of Tourism and Mr. Paul Helminger, Luxembourg’s mayor.

Claude Amar, The John Hardy Group (JHG) international managing director, in his position of Owner Representative, worked closely with Accor and M3 Architects to conceive and build this very first Suite Novotel, combining high design and innovation.
As for the décor, its clean lines, modern furniture, and soft colours create a trendy yet restful environment. The art was carefully selected by Nathalie Béreau, art consultant (nathaliebereau.com); color prints on Ingres paper "Equilibre 3" and "Mouvement 4", by the young talented artist, Sandrine Amar, a graduate of ESAG Penninghen school (sandrineamar.com); acrylic and sand on canevas: "Mappemonde" "Le Soleil et ses Lunes" by Chica Boyriven’; and engravings, eching printed in colours by Atsuko Ishii.
